I wanted to drop you a line. It's hard to say good-bye to a racing friend. I consider each and everyone involved, from driver to crew to fan, all part of my life and family. I feel a loss whenever a friend is lost. It is hard to put in words what I want to say to you. I sit and ponder for answers, but none are here.
My mind runs blank.. But I am still left asking why does this happen.... Why are our racing friends gone? Somehow I blame myself for wanting more from you, more from the race, . Is it fair to ask you to push harder for my enjoyment? I want you to know I am sorry.
I know you are on the other side racing, "comming out of turn 4.. Adam petty in the lead, bumped in the quarter by neil bonnett, davey allison door to door with kenny irwin, and a lap down, tim richmond puts john nemicheck in the wall after drinking a 6, Greg Moore wins!!!! Greg Moore wins!!!
